One Step Sparring |
| Information here is presented courtesy of Livingwell Taekwondo All Attacks start from the joonbi position and attack with a high section punch |
| One Step Sparring should be conducted with as much realism as possible, so that when a real situation arises the self defense techniques should be instinctive. When training, workwith your instructor and feel free to use your own ideas, so long as they remain practical in a combat situation. Techniques presented here are only offered as suggestions for students to try. |
