Meditation Of The 26 Breaths
Make sure you are sitting comfortably with your hands on your knees. Arch your spine forward, pushing your chest out.
Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, making sure you take each breath to your stomach. It is important you remain still while maintaining a slow comfortable rhythm.
Count each breath as it leaves your body. After the 26th breath, open your eyes.
